Why bike fit ?
It’s the single most important factor for improving your performance and more importantly your comfort on the bike. Forget about wider tyres, more aero wheels or electronic shifting till you have at least got your position on the bike correct.
Cycling is an activity with constant repeated movements. If you are in the wrong position on the bike it not only causes pain but can also cause injury.
Why get fit with Retül 3-D motion capture technology?
- Retül 3-D motion capture technology simultaneously measures three planes of movement on the rider as he or she is in motion.
- Retül averages the rider’s pedal strokes to provide a comprehensive data set reflecting the rider’s movements.
- Only at this point can a bike fit expert properly evaluate changes to a rider’s position.
- Attempts to analyze the rider in a static position, or only in two dimensions, will not provide data at the same level of accuracy as 3-D motion capture.

Who does the fit ?
Winston Tam is the expert bike fitter. He is the top accredited Retul fitter in Asia and the distributor of their products. He flies around the world teaching fitting and fitting clients including recently travelling to the US to fit the whole Champion Systems Pro team. He is also certified in other bike fitting systems including SICI / BikeFit / FIST which gives him a very good technical background.
