There is a lot of logistics organisation and admin work that goes into organising a trip in Frontier Lands. This takes a lot of resources early on and therefore we have a cancellation policy to reflect this. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t make it on the trip. We do our best to facilitate as much refund as possible and help you to find a replacement rider to minimise your losses.
Cancellation before trip starts, refund of deposit minus any bank / transfer charges as below
100% refund of deposit Cancellation between 12 and 6 months before trip starts
50% refund of deposit Cancellation between 6 and 4 months before trip starts
20% refund of the full amount Cancellation between 4 months and 3 months before trip starts
No refund of deposit Cancellation less than 3 month from trip starts
