Time for some mountain roads! Yingjiang is a very beautiful tropical town which the Daying River passes through. Yingjiang is a heaven for all sort of vegetation and birds due to its varied landscape and elevation change. Combined with the unique local Dai culture this really a special part of China.
Yingjiang was named by the Chinese National Geography magazine as the 'museum of alive bird species’. The region includes hundreds of rare species of birds and today we are going on a bird spotting ride!

The architecture and culture of the region is a mix of Chinese elements and Burmese features intertwined to create a fascinating visual feast. For centuries people living here have found harmony by exchanging different cultures and customs.
