Since 2011 Serk have been blazing a new trail in Asia. Our store has been listed in world’s top bike shops and our adventures have been featured in leading edge cycling publications. We have a ton of great ideas yet to implement and we are looking for partners to help take the next steps.

Role :

Manage the daily operations of Serk Ride & Serk Trips.

SERK Ride :

• Own the weekend Serk Ride including  ;
  - Plan, execute and lead weekly rides
  - Motivate, encourage and provide support for new riders
  - Create and publish material for social media (photos / text / video)
• Recruit and manage volunteer ride leaders
• Further develop ride guidelines and information documents
• Activity pursue and create collaborations with other Beijing based business
• Expand the reach of Serk Ride with new create initiatives and partnerships

SERK Trips :

• Develop Serk’s social media presence
• Develop new customer leads and partnerships with other travel companies / agencies
• Assist with managing trip logistics pre ride
• Managing some trips on site as ride leader or trip leader.

• Self motivated and able to work independently in a small team
• Thrive on working on a variety of tasks
• Willingness to take on some less glamorous tasks that are part of small business environments
• Available to work on most weekends / holidays
• Can commit to a multi-year partnership
• Based in Beijing

If you also had these skills it would be super :

• Understanding and basic level proficiency in bike mechanics
• Chinese language ability
• Strong rider
