RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS – SERK RIDES 2016

免责与不承担风险书 – SERK RIDES 2016

 

 

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the informal bike ride designated on this document. I am voluntarily participating in the organizers rides with full knowledge of the risks and dangers involved including but not limited to: climatic conditions, illness; injury; traffic accidents; food poisoning; animal or criminal attacks; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; forces of nature; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment.

本人声明自愿参与此文件提及的非正式自行车骑行活动。本人必须遵守城市道路交通规则，采取一切措施避免给本人或他人造成人身或财产的损失，以及避免承担法律上的责任。 如本人未尽上述义务， 由此引起的一切责任均由本人承担。

本人充分认识到自愿参与的骑行活动可能会包含如下且不只于此的风险：气候条件不好、疾病、受伤、交通事故、财产损失、食物中毒、动物或人为的人身侵犯、超出身体极限的运动、未对此做好准备、不可抗力、内战、恐怖事件以及运动器械故障停止工作。

I HEREBY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISK OF  UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, ILLNESS, INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR DEATH.

I AGREE TO FOLLOW AND ABIDE BY ALL TRAFFIC RULES & REGULATIONS.

本人同意对自己的行为负责，并接受如下事件引起的风险：不可测事件、疾病、身体和情绪的伤害以及死亡。我同意遵守一切交通规则和法规。4

 

I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally,  it being my intention to fully assume all risks of the trip and to release SERK from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

本人同意此文件具有法律效力，并同意骑行中的所有风险与组织者无关，组织者不承担法律责任。

 

I UNDERSTAND AND I AGEE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE AND SIGN THIS DIGITAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY WILLINGLY
